This tutorial is mainly provided to the following customers

  1. Users who purchased the Jetson Orin official kit before January 22, 2025
  2. Users who purchased the Jetson Orin SUB kit before February 8, 2025

Note:

  • Users who purchased the Jetson Orin official kit after January 22, 2025 only need to burn the SUPER boot system
  • Users who purchased the Jetson Orin SUB kit after February 8, 2025 only need to assemble the boot system

2. Upgrade method​

2.1. Burn SUPER boot​

Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Motherboard Basics: Burn SUPER Boot] Operation: Completing this tutorial can allow the motherboard to start the Jetpack6.2 system.

2.2. Restore the factory image system​

Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Motherboard Basics: Restore the Factory Image System] Operation: Completing this tutorial can write the SSD to the SUPER (Jetpack6.2) system.

Note: You need to prepare the SSD box in advance

2.3. SSD expansion​

Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Motherboard Basics: SSD expansion] Operation: Completing this tutorial can allocate the unallocated space of the SSD.
